Sketch Club Utah
After lunch, Sketch Club Utah identifies a person of interest, usually for their unique or distinct characteristics. The subject is briefly studied without drawing. Once back from lunch and back at the drawing board, the subject is drawn from memory. The Utah franchise was started because of the success of the two California franchises.

Insight full eyes Joe. How close to this guy did you get?
Well, I did go up and act like I was looking at the menu and turned around to get a look at his face. He had crystal blue eyes and I really remember that part of him.
